Running

Hey everybody! I hope we can all get together again soon for some training. The weather is getting beautiful. I found this running plan. It seemed interesting. Thought I would pass on the link:

    Thanks for this training plan - just looked it over - very cool stuff. Abby, I think you'd love this!!
    So I'm out doing long-ish (7-9) miles run every weekend - even last weekend in the storm. Going out on this Saturday for a 9miler in Prospect Park - who's in??
